Unfortunately, we are not currently able to deliver to BFPO addresses.
All the methods of delivery will require a signature. If there is no one available to sign for your order, Royal Mail will leave a notification card and your order will be taken to your local post office where it will be available for collection. Orders are only classified as missing in the post 15 days after posting. If 15 days or more have passed and your order has not been received, please contact us via email at email@example.com.
Flair Returns Policy
In addition to the Distance Selling Regulations, you can return any item within 28 days of receipt for a refund of that item ortoexchange it for a different item.
For returns made outside the Distance Selling Regulations, we will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased.
UK Returns Procedure:
Please contact us via email. Your message should contain the Order Reference Number from your Dispatch Note as well as a full explanation of your reason for returning the goods.
We will e-mail you back with your Returns Authorisation Number and instructions on how to return via our pre-paid returns service.
Goods must be in their original packaging with any seals intact and in an unused and re-saleable condition.
Re-package the parcel using strong packaging and ensure it is sealed securely to avoid damage during transit. Please enclose your Returns Authorisation Number, dispatch note/receipt within the parcel.
Request a proof of postage. Without this, you will be unable to make a claim, should the return parcel go missing. (Please note: Flair will not be liable for lost returns.)
How do I return an unwanted/unopened item?
As an online business, we aim to provide a Returns service that is totally hassle-free for you.
From receipt, you have 28 days to decide if you want to return any unopened item within your order. Please follow the instructions as above.
Please note it is very important that when you return an item, we know the order number it relates to, your details and whether you want a refund or an exchange. Without these details we won’t be able to take the action you want us to.
It can take up to 7 days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use.However once we receive them, we will inspect and process the goods within 24 hours to ensure you receive what you want as quickly as possible.
So you are kept informed, we will send you an email confirming the action we have taken, as soon as we are confident the goods are in their original condition on return.
Any refund will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase and in the event, we are unable to provide a suitable replacement we will automatically refund you and let you know via email.
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition. All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.
